Our Expertise

Our Partner, Mr. Vinay Y. Ramdhan, obtained his Law degree from the University of Amsterdam, specializing in Civil and Criminal Law for his bachelor's studies. He then pursued his Master’s degree in Corporate Law at the University of Leiden, complemented by an additional specialization in Intellectual Property Law. Since 2012, Vinay has gained extensive experience in the financial sector in the Netherlands, working with institutional banks, asset management firms, and trust offices. In 2015, he was admitted to the Dutch Bar Association and successfully completed a three-year postdoctoral litigation program. In 2024, he further advanced his expertise by completing the highly esteemed international postdoctoral Specialization Program in National and International Contracting at the Grotius Academy in Nijmegen, the Netherlands. Since 2015, Vinay has maintained a litigation practice in Amsterdam, where he continues to provide specialized legal services as an attorney-at-law in the Netherlands.
